An air-conditioned, large and bright living room, which offers you and your family a lot of space to move around. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a bed. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, a very nice, large and furnished balcony for morning coffee or evening wine. The apartment is located in Borik, a quiet and peaceful part of Rovinj. The newly renovated pebble beach is only 400 meters from the apartment. The path leads through the green neighbourhood and a small pine forest. The old town can be reached by bike in less than 10 minutes.
