The property offers quality furnishings throughout, LG HD tv, fully equipped kitchen (including Nespresso machine), queen bedroom and double bedrooms, both with large built in wardrooms, sunny outdoor courtyard, laundry with washing machine, and upstairs powder room.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) Surry Hills is one of Sydney's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Enjoy the bustling cafes and restaurants that line Crown Street or seek out the local haunts in the terrace-lined back streets. Crown Street also offers a range of eclectic shops, from vintage treasures to cutting edge fashion. The Belvoir Theatre is round the corner, one of Sydney's most well-regarded companies with a program of consistently interesting productions. Surry Hills provides easy access to the city, Circular Quay, Central Station, and Randwick's University and hospitals. Public transport links include direct access from Surry Hills light rail station to city, Circular Quay, Central Station, and Randwick's university and hospitals.

From Central Station (one stop on light rail), you can access all local, state and interstate train services.

One street parking is timed. Visitor's permit may be available. Please ask for further details. Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour.
