Located minutes from Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, and SR-51, this unique casita features a full kitchen, flexible sleeping spaces, and access to the property’s outdoor recreation grounds including a pool, mini golf course, fire pit lounge, outdoor billiards, and multiple areas to relax under the desert sky.
The Space:

Design & Layout:

Because of the architectural design, rooms are connected via exterior walkways rather than interior hallways. You’ll step outside briefly when moving between bedrooms and common spaces. This layout maximizes privacy, airflow, and the indoor-outdoor experience that defines TeeBox.

TeeBox sits within the outdoor recreation area of Worth the Wait Ranch. Guests enjoy direct access to the pool compound and shared outdoor amenities located just steps from the home.

• Outdoor living room & dining space
• Outdoor billiards table
• Yard games
• Gas grill and charcoal grill

The outdoor spaces are designed as a relaxed desert retreat with café lighting and multiple areas to gather, unwind, or enjoy the Arizona weather.

Depending on the reservation schedule at the property, these outdoor amenities may occasionally be enjoyed by guests staying in the nearby casita as well.

Grill note: While a gas grill is provided, propane levels are not guaranteed at all times and may occasionally require refilling. A charcoal grill is also available.

Traveling with a larger group? Worth the Wait Ranch also has another nearby casita that can be booked together when available.
Self check-in is easy and seamless. Exterior gates and doors are secured with keypad access — no keys and no in-person check-in required.

Guests have access to:

• The pool and outdoor recreation amenities located within the casita compound
• Designated on-site parking areas

Access codes and arrival details are provided prior to check-in through the guest app.
Worth the Wait Ranch is located in Robinhood Acres, a quiet, established residential neighborhood in North Phoenix.

You’re just one minute from SR-51, making it easy to reach anywhere in the Valley. A large neighborhood park is nearby, along with restaurants, coffee shops, and everyday essentials.

Waymo autonomous rides are available in this area for guests familiar with the service.
North Phoenix is one of the most central locations in the city.

Approximate drive times:

• 20 min → Old Town Scottsdale
• 15 min → Downtown Phoenix
• 20 min → ASU
• 10 min → Desert Ridge Marketplace

Camelback Mountain and Piestewa Peak are under 15 minutes away. Rideshare services are readily available, though having a car is recommended.

• Private gatherings, celebrations, or commercial use require prior written approval and may involve additional fees. Please inquire before booking if your stay involves additional guests beyond those listed on the reservation.

• This home is for registered guests only. Unauthorized gatherings, unapproved visitors, or excessive noise may result in termination of the stay without refund.

• After booking, guests will be asked to review important house information and policies within the guest app.

• Worth the Wait Ranch includes multiple guest homes across the property. Outdoor recreation amenities may occasionally be enjoyed by guests staying in nearby accommodations.

• Traveling with a larger group? Worth the Wait Ranch also has another nearby casita that can be booked together when available.
