The balcony has panoramic views of the Miami skyline and some Bayview's , which are especially stunning at sunset.

($ 120.00) Lite House Cleaning, includes more dishwashing, garbage collection, cleaning the trash surface.

($ 175.00) House cleaning includes all of the above, as well as cleaning floors, kitchen, and bathrooms.

- Throwing things off the balcony $750 and the authorities will be called us. The association will file a complaint against all responsible parties. - Exceed the occupancy or party limit in the unit and guests will be escorted out of the building.$500 - Pulling a fire alarm station.$500 - Damage to doors or corridors $500. - Smoking in the room $400. - No loud noise after 10 pm. - We are not responsible for objects left in the apartment after checkout.
