Walking distance from Wilton Drive this place offers you the luxury of being where the action is but just far enough away from the congestion. Close to the airport, this hidden gem is tucked away to provide the comfort of home but the convenience of being close to where the action is. A 3-mile bike or walk from the beach we are close to all the bars, shopping, and food South Florida has to offer. The Living Room includes a 40 inch Smart HDTV with, sleeper sofa, and a chair.

The Master Bedroom includes a 32 inch HDTV, King Size bed, and a large walk-in closet.

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, electric stove/oven, dishwasher with complimentary dishwasher liquid, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker & blender.

The kitchen includes all utensils for eating and cooking, pots, pans, colander, grater, peeler, dishes, bowls, wine glasses, coffee cups, paper towels, and dish soap & sponge & hand towels, and much more. It is more or less your home away from home.

Full-size washer and Dryer connected to the building with complimentary detergent & dryer sheets.

We also provide shower gel, towels & washcloths.

Publix (grocery store) is about a 10-minute walk or 3-minute drive.

The tranquil heated saltwater pool is surrounded by 2 lounge chairs, tables with an umbrella. Complimentary Pool Towels are available.

There is a propane BBQ to grill outside by the pool.

Please Note: The pool is for registered guests only. No parties or unregistered guests are allowed in the pool area or on the premises. PARKING: on the side of the building just off 24th st. Only 1 parking spot is allowed. Registered guests have full access to the private apartment, the screened sunroom, laundry room, Back Patio, and both Pool areas. Colohatchee park is a block away with a gated dog park and a beautiful little hike through the mangroves. There is a perfect Mexican and breakfast/coffee place (The Alchemist or VooDoo Cafe) or grab some margaritas To-Go from La Mexicana and bring them back to the pool. (please no glass by the pool). We are centrally located in the Heart of Wilton Manors just a few blocks from the arts district Wilton Drive; which is part of the Fort Lauderdale metro area. Wilton Drive "The Drive" has everything you could need just down the street, which includes great shopping, nightlife & entertainment like Georgie’s Alibi, Village Pub, The Manor, Progress Bar, Sidelines & Hunters.

Fort Lauderdale’s beaches and the trendy “Las Olas Boulevard” are conveniently located less than 3 miles away. Guests will find everything they need just around the corner. Within walking distance, you can find a supermarket (Publix), CVS pharmacy, Starbucks & many gourmet restaurants offering food from all around the world.

Also of note are the excellent shopping opportunities with plenty of shops within walking distance. Many shopping centers like Galleria Mall, one of the best shopping centers in Fort Lauderdale, can be reached via a 5-minute drive or cab fare. Miami is just 25 miles away, a 40-minute drive takes you to South Beach and all the excitement it has to offer.

Adventure seekers will be glad to know there are kayak rentals and boating ramps within one mile and lots of biking paths around the city. Walking is primarily the way to get around but bikes are available to rent in nearby stores. The ride-share apps are cheaper here than in other major cities and transport to and from the airport can be done in a combination of trains and rideshare if you don't want to rent a vehicle. The trains in the area can take you as far south as Miami and north as West Palm Beach.
