You must inform the hotel of your expected arrival time, ONLY in case you wish to do so outside the check-in time established by the hotel. The hotel may not accept the check-in time requested by the client. Check-in is not possible after 12 midnight. Before check-in time begins, the room may not be available. To check in after check-in time established by the hotel and before midnight, the room must be paid for. When travelling with pets. Please note that a maximum of two pets are allowed. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum wight to 40 kgs, and this option of pets is only allowed in the rooms: Deluxe Room, Double Standard Room  (1 or 2 beds), and Double Superior Room. The hotel accepts pets subject to the following conditions: - You must have selected the rate that "includes a pet stay" (if available); this rate covers one pet only. If you wish to stay with a second pet, please send a message to inform us; an additional surcharge will apply. - If you did not select the pet-inclusive rate, or if it was unavailable, you may send a message stating that you will be staying with a pet; the pet surcharge will be payable at the hotel. - Pets are permitted in rooms unless the room name indicates otherwise (e.g., "Deluxe Room"). - Pets are not permitted in rooms where the name includes the phrase "no pets" (e.g., "Double Room – No Pets"). - Pets may NOT be left unattended on the premises. - Pets may be left alone in the room provided their owners remain within the hotel or on the property grounds. - Pets may accompany their owners anywhere on the premises, except inside the swimming pool and in the dining area during breakfast hours. - If booking more than one room, the pet fee applies only to the specific room(s) where the pet will be staying.
