Trapani is a not a big city but I think is a beatiful place to visit . We have the most beautiful beaches of Sicily and we are in the perfect location for day trips to the marvellous Egadi Islands. People in Trapani are very open-minded and gay-friendly. Erice, Favignana Island, Marsala, Segesta, San Vito Lo Capo , Mothia, Mazara del Vallo are just some of the beautiful places you can visit from Trapani.
