Hi we are Arnaldo & Victor. We are two professionals living and working in the metropolitan area of New York City. We took possession of these properties as investments. We renovated these places putting new floors, bathroom, windows, furniture, etc. We created the spaces thinking of all the amenities we as travelers like to have in a short term rental apartment. We hope you like it and we encourage any feedback positive or negative.
We were born and raise in PR, although we don't live in the island we go to visit as many times as we can. We love to travel and meet people from different cultures. We are very friendly people that appreciates the simple things in life. After traveling extensively we realize that we had to invest in a place that we would never get tire of and Puerto Rico is where we decided to invest. Hopefully this is were we are going to retire.

This is a gay friendly bar/restaurant is across from Atlantic Beach Hotel. The bar is very chic and relaxed for watching the waves breaking on the sand or watch boyz sunbathing.

This is the oldest running gay bar in San Juan.
VIP-Circo-Escandalo.
