"Superbe appartement avec beaucoup d'espace. Le balcon était un bon ajout. De bonnes options alimentaires dans la région pour la livraison ou à distance de marche. Il y a un magasin Ralph's à moins de 5 minutes de marche, ce qui était un bon ajout. La piscine et le bain à remous étaient presque vides tous les jours malgré le beau temps, il était donc agréable de les utiliser juste avec un ami et moi. Excellente expérience. Je réserverais définitivement à nouveau"

"Emplacement pratique près de l'aéroport. Taille adéquate, mais une chose est incontournable, vous DEVEZ ne pas être dérangé par les odeurs de chien ! L'animal est calme et bien élevé, mais dès que vous entrez, vous savez qu'il y a un chien dans la maison. Je recommande vivement à l'hôte de le faire TRÈS clairement savoir. Je suis très sensible aux odeurs de chien, je ne resterais pas ici à nouveau juste à cause de cela."

"Excellente expérience. Ils ont été si gentils et accueillants du début à la fin, et ont même préparé le dîner et disposé un beau petit-déjeuner continental le matin. L'appartement dispose d'une salle de bain partagée et la chambre n'a pas de climatiseur dédié, mais ce n'était un problème pour moi. Juste des aspects à connaître. Le temps était magnifique et les équipements de la ville étaient tous facilement accessibles en voiture. Je reviendrais absolument si je me retrouve à Los Angeles."

"So there was a pretty minor problem with communication and check-in. I hadn't received the welcome emails. I believe the owners when they say they sent emails but I only received one automated email and that was it. When I arrived on the property, I did not have my access key and had to call the owners who were very friendly and helpful so beyond the initial lack of info, everything sorted itself out once I got the passcode into my guesthouse suite so I due diligence to the reporting that I did have problems yet I don't hold the owners at fault for it. They fixed the issue as soon as I reached out to them. Once inside, the guesthouse was immaculate and very well set up. The kitchen had just about every standard appliance, dishes, glasses, cookware. The bathroom included plenty of towels and a laundry area, walk-in shower. Bedroom was a decent size as well. My only two critical points is the bed was quite firm enough for me so tended to feel like it sagged and in my opinion, needs a decent chair for sitting but otherwise the room I was in was fantastic. I was there for a week, the entire suite had great climate controls which was important for me as I am a cold weather person and it was hot (for me) the entire week I was there. If you are there for gay specific events, the location can not be better, it is literally located behind the Eagle Wilton Manors and the Wilton Dr strip. The price was well worth the convenience. If you are looking for specific amenities like a private area to relax, the exterior area is smallish but there is a private pool. Also, if you are looking for a men's only location, this property caters to all so there is no clothing optional at the guest house. It wasn't a deal breaker for me, but I know it's important to some. "
