A nice and cozy 1 bedroom penthouse along with a kitchen and a huge Veranda and one smaller veranda in the back too. Excellent view of Athens including Acropole and very well decorated and equiped. Location is in Gazi area and within walking distance of Metro and all restaurants and Bars. There is a lift and apartment is on the 5th floor.
The apartment can sleep 2 and up to 4 guests with the extra sofa bed although we recomend the sofa to be used by children.
The use of the veranda is highly recomended for coffee or lunch as the Greek weather is so nice. The apartment is in an old building but the area around is very safe and secure. A HUGE 50 inches LED TV is installed if you decide to stay in and watch a movie or if you have a usb device to watch it.
Wifi is very fast as the house has a dedicated ADSL connection.
Hot water is available 24/7
The apartment has 2 separate airconditions for heating and cooling and an extra electrical heater in the bathroom.
Basic cookware is also included, microwave, cook plate, toaster, kettler, as well as coffe machine and capsule as compliment.
