Welcome to your "Home Away From Home" residential getaway. Although newly renovated, this 2,300 square foot home still offers its original southern charm. You will walk into an open living room, workspace, dining room, and full kitchen on the main floor. Upstairs will lead you to your comfortable 3 bedrooms, master patio, and laundry room.
LIVINGROOM
- Time to kick off your shoes and relax on a comfy sofa
- Enjoy the 70in TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Amazon Prime TV,
Discovery+, AppleTV, Showtime, ESPN & ESPN+ (all of these apps are on all 4 TVs)
- Listen to records on the vinyl player and enjoy the music
- Large windows light up the space or use the curtains
DESIGNATED WORK SPACE & COFFEE BAR
- Get some work done on a two-person desk while viewing the greenery

SAFE:
- For reservations of 9 or more, please list full names (first & last) of all guests checking in
- If additional guests will be visiting you during your stay, please add that number of guests to the reservation accordingly
- No additional guests are allowed in the home that are not on the reservation unless given prior approval by the host
- Outdoor Cameras verify activity like arrival time, check-out time, and number of guests on the property
CLEAN:
- NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS
- NO SMOKING of any kind
- No candles or flammable objects that produce ash or scents
- No Pets or other animals
- Any evidence of any of the above (parties, smoking, flammables, or pets) will incur a $500 fee.
EASY:
- Please clean up after yourself
- No loud music or outdoor activities after 10 PM
- Check-out is at 11 AM. Guests that do not check out of the property on time without prior approval from the host will incur an automatic $100 late check-out fee. If guests do not check out by 1 PM without prior approval from the host, there will be an automatic $500 late check-out fee PLUS the guest will be charged the nightly rate for that date. However, this will not extend the check-out past the original check-out date.
GEORGIA LOCALS:
- Locals must contact the host prior to booking providing a reason and request to stay. They must have a valid government ID uploaded to their Misterbnb profile as well as a working mobile number in which the host can contact the guest.
