We may be able to change your check in/check out options. Message us first for approval so we can make appropriate arrangements to work with you and accommodate your special request. If you do not let us know before then you are choosing the standard option of 4pm check in and 11am check out.
Check-In option #1 (recommended,easier,&faster!) : I can have our host meet you right infront at valet when you arrive and bring you up to the suite directly & provide keys & other info you may need.. * This provides smoother and easier access and I can show you how the keys work, & where amenities are if needed, etc..* You will need your ID with your booking name to enter the gate initially.
Check-In option #2 : Pick up the keys yourself at the "Keynest" location down the street BEFORE your headed to the condo building for check-in. The cashier will hand over the keys safe and secure and I will be notified. You will still need your ID to get into the gate for the first time. After that you can use our gate access sticker if needed upon request so please let me know if you have a car!
Your government ID will be needed for the gate security to get in initially for the first time at check-in. We can then provide a gate access sticker upon request. So please book with the same name & let me know if you have a car. Your parking spot will be designated right near the entrance inside. A valet guard is stationed near our specific parking spot :)... Thank You
