Lovely 2 - bedroom Condo

No loud noise after 10pm

2)
NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN DOORS
( ALL smoking must be kept outside )
If caught smoking or vaping indoors, you will be charged an additional $1000 cleaning fee in the event that the rule is violated.

3)
Pets are allowed on the property, however an additional $100 will be required per pet, per night.
Pets are not allowed on the furniture due to allergies.
( a pet fee of $250 will be added per animal in the event that this rule is violated)
Water bowl, Food Bowl, Litter box, and Cat Litter, will be Supplied on the property.
It will be the responsibility as a pet owner to clean up after your pet.
Doggie bags are located out front of the property equipped with a deposal area as well.
Before vacating the property, be sure to depose of cat litter in the trash can and rinse out the pan.
In case of accidents, you can locate cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.
You will be billed accordingly In the event that property is damaged due to pets.

Coasters are placed throughout the home to prevent damage to furniture ( Rings and so forth )
We ask that you use these at all times during your stay.
In the event that damage is present after your stay, you will be billed retail price for replacements.

5)
A 2 car garage is attached to this unit.
All cars must be parked in the garage.
Towing is enforced on the streets. Please contact us prior to arrival if you will be traveling with 3 or more vehicles.
Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.
No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people.

There are multiple cameras located
on the property’s entrance.
These are not to be moved or replaced without permission from the owner. ( A $250 fee will added for moving cameras without permission. )
These are put in place for insurance purposes only.

7)
Feel free to leave any trash in the garbage can located in the pantry and It will be disposed of.
You can also set it out front between the hours of 8pm - 11pm for pickup.

All matters should be brought up with us. Do not speak with the office directly. An additional charge of $1500 will be added to your stay in the event that this rule is violated.

9)
No kids are allowed on the property without prior consent from the owner.
An additional charge of $250 per child will be added to your stay in the event that the rule is violated per night.

10)
No unauthorized guest will be allowed on the premises without prior consent.
Additional guest means beyond 4.
An additional charge of $275 per guest will be added to your stay in the event that the rule has been violated per night.

If you’re like me, you enjoy coming home to a clean house and a fresh bed. I am happy to announce that we now provide the option for cleaning services during your stay!!!

An additional $85 ( per visit ) will be added to your final bill .

By staying on the premises, you are agreeing to the rules and fees applied.
