What to expect

Come and experience the Outback Australian Bush, only an hour train ride from downtown Melbourne. On my very personal & intimate experience you will meet the most friendliest kangaroo in the world, her name is Jo & she is AMAZING! Feeding time for our wildlife is in the morning, so get in quick as it sells out fast! On my morning & afternoon experience you will have a once in a lifetime opportunity to have a photo with a koala & get up close with baby (joey) wallabies, emus, wombats & more! Learn about the Australian indigenous culture, including a private lesson on how to throw a real boomerang! This experience is ideal for families, groups, solo travellers & anyone seeking an authentic Australian Adventure! It includes exclusive VIP access only available on my experience at the Narana Aboriginal Cultural Centre & Jirrahlinga Koala & Wildlife Sanctuary.

My passions

I discovered my passion for wildlife and conservation through my experiences travelling abroad in North America and working in my profession at a zoo in Australia. While travelling in North America I met various people from all around the world and found myself being an unofficial ambassador for Australia, sharing stories from my childhood growing up in a small coastal town called Torquay at the start of the Great Ocean Road. The Great Ocean Road is home to some of Australia’s famous native wildlife including koalas & kangaroos, so my love of animals developed from a very young age. This love for animals has been complimented by my passion for wildlife conservation and working at the zoo since returning to Australia. I have developed my Wildlife & Indigenous Cultural Experience to give my fellow LGBTIQ travellers to Australia an opportunity to experience seeing koala’s & kangaroos up close like a local & be immersed into the indigenous culture of the traditional Wadawurrung people.

My certifications

I host animal talks & encounters with various Australian & African animals for Zoos Victoria at Werribee Open Range Zoo (Australian/African Safari Park). I also obtain a Bachelor of Arts- Media & Communication Degree.
