Having hosted World Pride in 2014 and the yearly Prism Festival which attracts over 15,000 attendees, there are no shortage of great LGBT-friendly hotels in gay Toronto. Those looking to stay close to all the action will want to find accommodation in the Village, while others looking for more alternative scenes will be happiest in West Queen West.
The nicest and most approachably priced hotel nearby the Village is The Ivy at Verity, touted as a “European Boutique Hotel in the Heart of the City.” This hotel won awards with Trip Advisor in 2016.
For those looking to splurge in luxury, the Four Seasons Toronto and the Windsor Arms are walking distance from the Village and both offer wonderful views of the city.
Right in the heart of the Village are The Wellesley Manor Boutique Hotel and the Pantages Hotel, both lower-scale boutique hotels walking distance from the bars and restaurants.
For a more spacious stay, The Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Downtown offers basic rooms standard to the Marriott experience, while the Ramada Plaza Downtown Toronto offers a similar corporate hotel stay, but with a similarly unbeatable location.
Traveling on a budget? No problem! Toronto has a handful of great hostels. Be sure to check out the HI Toronto Hostel and The Only Backpacker’s Inn.
