Gay London

With this sprawling and crazy city boasting a multitude of clubbing options, it’s no surprise that gay London also has many spaces for gay guys to continue partying (or just chilling) once the disco lights have been switched off.

Although many of London’s big-name cruising venues such as The Hoist, Chariots Shoreditch, and Chariots Waterloo have shut their doors due to rent hikes and the growth of gay apps, gay cruising London-style still offers up some hot (and steamy) options.

Getting sexy south of the river

Chariots Vauxhall claims to be ‘the biggest and busiest gay sauna club’ in London and they’re probably right. In the early hours at weekends, this gay spa overflows with post-club punters looking to continue the party.

The venue has two large saunas, two steam rooms, two video rooms, and is conveniently in walking distance from all the big gay clubs in London. It’s open all weekend through, and from 12pm to 8am on weekdays.

Further up the road in Waterloo you'll find the other big gay sauna London: Pleasuredrome. The fun here literally never stops, as the place is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Pleasuredrome offers licensed masseurs, two steam rooms, two saunas and a huge spa. Feeling flush and fancy? New private deluxe pods can also be rented by the hour for a more intimate and luxurious rendez-vous.

Carry on gay cruising in the center

Mixing things up slightly, Sweatbox – located in the heart of gay Soho – is a sauna, gym and massage facility combined. Minutes from Soho's Old Compton Street, the biggest gay street in London, Sweatbox is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This place definitely packs a punch as far as a gay sauna London Soho goes.

If you’re in London for more than a few days, you might want to take advantage of their special weekly membership pass.

Don’t fancy sweating it in a sauna but still wanna get your rocks off? Cruise and sex bar Vault139 is just a ten-minute walk from Soho in Warren Street.

This basement venue offers a basic three-step dress code: cruise (clothing OK), underwear (underwear-only plus footwear) and stripped (strictly naked apart from footwear).

Its very central location means it’s often a top gay spa London option for local lads, especially after work during the week. Entrance includes coat check, a drink, re-entry and free WiFi.
