This charming & spacious tropical villa is NOT to be missed. Situated in a quiet & peaceful part of Bali with few neighbors yet just minutes to the famous beaches of Seminyak & Canggu and their shopping, nightlife & dining, the villa boasts a nice plunge pool with 4 excellent sun loungers for all your leisure needs. Ample of sitting area and our friendly staff will ensure your stay is a memorable one. Just 5 mins away, there are fantastic cafes, perfect for couples, solo, business or family.

The space

Our villa is built on a plot of 500 square meters, the habitable area is around 225 square meters and is equipped with staff to cater to all your needs and to make sure that you are comfortable. A Fiber Optic Free WiFi at 20 Mbps is provided throughout the property.

The entrance is through the main door right after the parking, which leads to a long plunge pool with a sundeck complete with 4 sun loungers (pool towels provided), also a big couples' sunbed with full pool and garden view. We also have a coffee table area on our terrace area next to the pool for some sun-downing moments that we all love :)

Next, as you enter the main building right in front of the pool, you will arrive directly into a semi modern contemporary yet minimalist dining area, co-joint with the a complete Full American Kitchen where we have kettle, stove, pans etc for all your culinary endeavors. Connecting directly to a full living room, a lounge complete with the TV set.

There are 3 fully air-conditioned rooms complete all basic necessities, high quality bedding and towels. We have 2 rooms with a big bed each and the third room with 2 single beds for children or for adults who would prefer to sleep on their own beds. :)

The master bathroom is a full bathroom with toilet, shower, sink area and also a bath tub. (Easy for families with kids for toddlers as well). The other bathroom is also a full bathroom but without bath tub. We provide shower gel & shampoos for your comfort as well.

The villa is located in the quiet hamlet of Umalas but only 10 minutes driving from the beach and the lively shopping and entertainment of Seminyak. Nearby you'll find great restaurants, shops designer boutiques and watering holes. In fact its a perfect location to enjoy the best of both worlds. We are at a 10mins ride Potato Head Beach Club and the famous "Eat Street".

Interaction with guests

We can provide airport transfer to and from the airport at an extra charge so no need to queue for a taxi upon arrival or to handle the many calls from the drivers. The driver will bring you directly to the villa for your check in and Met, our manager, will offer you a personalized welcome to the villa. Here, Met will be available to answer your questions and give you all the information needed to discover Bali so that you're not just a tourist but a traveler.
Met is also also able to provide you with professional speaking driver-guides to help you discover the island of the gods, competitive rates for mountain biking, rafting and scuba diving.

The helpful and efficient maid will take care of all household chores and any extras if you need. She works 7 days a week except on Galungan, Kuningan and Nyepi/Silence Day (Balinese holiday). This will of course be informed upon booking.
Met will welcome you at the villa and take care of you during your stay. We are always reachable via email and I guaranty to respond fast. My team is trained to take good care of our guests and make sure they have a wonderful stay ;)

The way from airport usually takes around 30 minutes (depending on traffic). If using our transfer service, the driver will meet you at the airport with a sign with your name. Met will welcome you at the villa and give you a quick tour. We will be the one taking care of you during your stay so don't hesitate to contact us if you have any request. Otherwise, if you don't need us, we will simply give you privacy and let you fully enjoy your trip in Bali ;)

Chef can be provided on demand at an extra cost.

Along the years of experience, we developed a network of partners and can therefore offer you everything you need at the best price!
