No smoking of any kind allowed inside our house, as well as no illegal drugs allowed at all on our property. You will be asked to leave and forfeit your booking payment and deposit if caught using them, as well as reported to Mister B&B. 420 is allowed outside by the pool area only. No other people allowed in our house or guest room, other than those that are registered for the guest room...unless approved my myself. When outside, please respect our neighbors and observe low noise or music. Please respect our house and property and clean up after yourselves when using the guest room, private bath and kitchen. Please have the required, fully refundable security deposit of $200.00 upon arrival...which will be returned upon departure, minus any incidentals, if any. (Security deposit will be waived for returning guests.) $50.00 fee for each lost house key. Please, no food or drinks, beer, etc. in the guest room...water is ok. Please park your vehicle on the street, in front of our house, away from the street mailbox. Check-in time is 2pm and no later than 6pm. Any earlier or later check-in times, will only be allowed if conditions warrant for those other check-in times and can be accommodated by myself.
