Miami's Lucky Charm 401 Getaway

The house has been recently refreshed and the furnisher is new.
Please take care of our home as you would do with yours :-).

Our neighborhood is very safe. It's a tranquil residential area, however, we take your security very seriously and ask that the security system is armed and disarmed as you enter and exit the property. Just an added peace of mind.

There are a few things you should keep in mind while staying and getting ready to depart Lucky Charm 401.

- Ensure only those guests registered are checked-in. Guests are always welcome to visit, however, only those indicated at the time of booking should be granted access or spend the night.

-Please, place all garbage in the outside bins (we recycle).
- Turn off all lights and small appliances as you leave the house.
- Please do not strip the beds upon your departure.
- Leave the remote control for the parking gate on the living-room desk.
- Please do not leave uneaten food inside the rooms, living room, bathrooms, patios, or refrigerators.
- All dirty towels, please leave them on the bathroom floor or inside the blue bin in the laundry room (preferably).
- Any borrowed items, please leave clean and neatly placed where they were stored.
- Lock all the doors when you leave, including the small entrance gate.
- Please ensure the front door light is turned off and not left on (every night).
- Please ensure to return all linen and terry provided, as we will be conducting an inspection and inventory check of all items provided upon your departure.
If there are any accidents, please let us know before your checkout time so that we can address it accordingly.
-We are happy to provide you with as many amenities as possible or available, however, we ask that you take care of these borrowed items and return them in the same conditions as they were provided.
Our cleaning crew will be there at ‪11 AM‬ sharp. If you decide to stay until the last minute, (I know I would ;) please be mindful of their time. The house is big and it takes a great effort to maintain it neat and clean.
Every minute they cannot start to get the house ready will mean delaying the check-in time for the next guest.
A late departure fee will be assessed if the departure time is not properly approved.
Additional Rules
You may host a dinner gathering, special event following all house rules and by having the utmost consideration to our neighbors and community.
If an unauthorized party is done, we will access an additional deep cleaning fee of $350
Only those registered guests are to spend the night.

Fri- Sat 2AM to 7AM
Mon-Thu 12AM to7AM

Do not remove or deactivate any of the smoke detectors as they are connected to our ADT security system. If you smoke in the house a smoking fee of $300 will be accessed. There is plenty of space outside that you may use to smoke.
-Only flush toilet paper. If other items are flush you risk clogging our pipes.
-If you need a late check-out, please let us know ahead of time as we have a fast turnaround and we must properly organize. A late departure fee may be assessed depending on your departure time.
