1) For long stays, please arrange additional cleaning.
2) Guests are asked to communicate the more or less precise time of arrival as soon as possible in order to organize check-in
3) Check-in from 15.00 to 21.00
4) Check-out STRICTLY by 11.00
5) Check-in after 19.00 will be possible ONLY with the extra payment of 50.00 Euro to be paid directly to the responsible employee at the time of check-in. This rate is not negotiable
6) A penalty of Euro 300.00 for each bunch is expected in the event of key loss
7) All guests are kindly asked to promptly communicate the event to the host in the event of problems, breakdowns or damage to any object, household appliance or electroelectronic
8) We kindly ask guests to leave the kitchen and bathroom in order
9) Guests are kindly requested not to make any type of change or modification to the furnishings of the house without prior notice
10) We kindly ask all guests to be careful to close all doors and windows before leaving the house and to keep the lights off when you are not inside the house
11) No smoking inside the house
12) The Host reserves the right to request the immediate and definitive removal of guests from the structure in the event of serious disorder or disturbance of the condominium quiet and for the same reasons no refund will be paid
