Embedded in the greenery of Gärdet (the area the apartment is located in) is still urban. Many Stockholmers make the weekly pilgrimage to enjoy the outdoors: swimming pool/gym/beach volley/basketball/playground/massive picnic area that is all literally down the street. Great swimming spots are within walking distance and for the runner, there's both Gärdet and Djurgården: combined it's one of the city's biggest green areas.
Being located next to Östermalm, some of the best restaurants the city has to offer are at your disposal. The harbour: which is a five minutes walk away, is an up and coming and exciting area with an independent art scene, Museums and art galleries. There's also a big supermarket, and one can take both smaller ferries (taking you to Lidingö and further south to Sickla/ eventually to the city centre) or the bigger ones - that'll take you to Latvia and Russia.
One metro stop away there's an area with a lot of new developments and interesting architecture, from there one can also take the tram to Lidingö, where one of my favourite museums is located: Millesgärden, a sculpture park and museum dedicated to one of Sweden's most renowned sculptors: Carl Milles.

Fairly straightforward: Smoking is allowed on the balcony but not in the flat, no pets allowed, respect the neighbours, no noise after 10 on weekdays, it's ok to have friends over for dinner, the kitchen is yours to use if you want to cook and I will leave a shelf in the fridge for you to use.
