I’m renting a pullout coach at my modern residence that is 42m2 in a very practical apartment. It’s on a 1st floor and have a nice balcony with comfortable chairs and flowers. The kitchen is connected to the living room and walk-in shower. There is a bar table with 2 bar chairs. Wi-Fi . SMART Tv with Netflix and Smart Tv and a printer. I work from home so I will be in my bedroom with king size bed but will be using both the balcony and the living room. I have a cat and he is very cute 8years old Angora cat. I like to have drinks at the evening at my balcony cook myself. I have induction stove Nespresso coffee machine watching machine, iron with iron table, hair dryer. The pricing is only for the sofa bed in the living room. If you are a couple and want to sleep with your partner on my king size bed you have to pay double and inform me. But still I have to work in the bedroom since my work computer is there.

The area called Metamorfosi. It’s easily reachable by TrainOSE - Suburban train from Athens airport and Piraeus port. There is McDonalds nearby , coffee shops, AB supermarket, tennis court, bars, Nea Filadelfia park. The Mall of Athens, OAKA sport complex is at ease to reach.
