Huayacan), making its location an exceptional place... the neighborhood is one of the few squares in Cancun that still conserves the Mayan jungle so it will be common to see birds and animals of the region as you pass by (it is a unique experience) in addition to being so close to this new area, it has shops, restaurants and bars very close ✨ If you like hiking you will love this, since you can have tours inside the jungle... a few blocks away (10 minutes) you will find Av.
