The studio is an open space area which includs the bed-room, the kitchen and the living room on one space.
The living room includs a double couch, WIFI, and a TV screen with HDMI cabel.
The bedroom includs a twin size bed for 2 people, desktop and a wardrobe.
The kitchen is equipped very well and has every necessary kitchenware (just ask me!). It includes a espresso machine, an oven, microwave, gas stove, dish-washer, kettle, blender, juicer for oranges and lemons and a hard juicer as well. The dining area may be at the bar viewing the sea, or outside at the dining table.
There is offcourse private shower and toilet .
The laundry machine is for your private use at the laundry balcony.
The studio has a private rooftop balcony with a sea view and with the view of the special and oriental neighborhood of Agami. It has a seating area with a couch and another area with a big dining table with a parasol.

The studio is located in the neighborhood of Ajami, 100m from a beautifull wide park and from the sea. One of the most spectacular beaches is just 7 min walk away. You can enjoy a walk in the park viewing the sea or at the beach also during the winter.
5 min walk is the Jaffa port where you can enjoy street art, live music and planty of good food (espacially fresh fish from the sea!). Located in Jaffa Port as well is the 'Na Laga'at' (=Please touch) center. It is one of a kind center activated by bilnd-deaf people which includes the famous black restaurant that simulates the experience of being 100% blind, and also the theatre preformed by disabilities people.
The old city of Jaffa is 10 min walk away and it has a lot to offer, starting from the unique art galleries, the beautifull allys and the architectures, and on to live performances at the amphithater in the summer.
The Soho house of Jaffa is 10 min walk away.
The flee market is 10-15 min walk where you can find plantyyy of bars (Poa, Shaffa, Raisa, Faruk, Margoza, Alby, Akbar, Yasu, Ra'amsses and on and on...), restaurants, local food (Hummus and Knafe), art, cool people and a lot of hot man ! :-)

Please note that the entrance is shared. There is no need to worry, the people living there are very nice and will be happy to help you with anything need.
You are very welcome to use the big rooftop terrace to host your family and friends. The dining table have 6 sitting spots and the terrace can contain up to 12 people. In case you are having guests please make sure you are not tp noisy, espacially at the entance.
The rooftop balcony has planty of beautifull plants and flowers. if you are staying more than a few days (espacially in the summer) someone will have to give them water. I can ask one of the neighbors to do it, but if you want a full privacy - you will have to do it yourself - just a couple of min once in a few days :)
