I'm 41 years old, female, and a software developer by trade who inherited the house from my dad. I also lived in this house most of my life. Last year (end of 2016) I renovated the ground floor (and learned to do a lot of fun stuff like demolishing walls and building new ones :)). As my house is so near everything, and also in a perfect spot for just relaxing on the beach, it was only natural to start renting it in summer.
As any geek, I enjoy my video games, and all the sci fi shows I can get my hands on. My favorite past time in the summer is getting a cold coctail in one of the beach bars nearby, and enjoying some quality company.
Although I'm a very optimistic person, I like to always have in mind three things: Murphy's law, Catch 22 and Schrödinger's cat :).
