"We enjoyed our stay at Carsten's. There was a delay in our check-in due to the room turn-over initially being incomplete, but we appreciated Carsten taking extra time & effort to ensure the room was fully ready for us. The view is amazing. The location was perfect & central for all the sightseeing we did. My only dislike was that the headboard shares a wall with the closet where residents keep their coats and shoes, which got a lot of use and woke me up several times."

"Henrik’s place is in a fabulous location, very close to the Central Station / metro, making it incredibly easy to get around and explore Copenhagen — a city I absolutely loved visiting. I was lucky enough to experience the city with cold weather and snow, which allowed me to see Copenhagen in a completely different and beautiful light. The Meatpacking District (Kødbyen), within the broader Vesterbro neighbourhood where Henrik’s place is located, is pretty cool, vibrant, trendy and full of interesting restaurants and bars — many right at your doorstep. The room and flat are clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day out exploring the city. Henrik is an organized, kind, and gracious host. He communicated promptly and shared detailed information, maps, and directions well ahead of my arrival. During my stay he also gave me suggestions on places to visit / see, along with some excellent recommendations for restaurants and bakeries. Henrik is a very interesting gentleman, and we had some enjoyable and thought-provoking chats during my stay. Thank you, Henrik, for helping make my first visit to Denmark a memorable one. "

"Jorgen was very welcoming. He communicated well before my arrival. Their lovely old apartment was very comfortable and the household was relaxed. They have a sweet little dog that made friends with me quickly. The place is well-located, just across the street from a subway station and grocery store. There are also great running paths along the nearby bastion ponds. They kindly offered refrigerator space and allowed light use of the kitchen. All in all, an easy and relaxing place to stay."
