The private patio has a table and chairs available, just a perfect place to enjoy a quiet al fresco breakfast with lovely plants around. You will forget you are in the middle of one of the most visited cities worldwide. In the living-room you can find a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a bed, 2 people will fit comfortably (1,50cm) A very nice bathroom, with a large capacity new water heater to enjoy long showers. Shampoo, liquid soap, extra towels among other things are available. The kitchen is fully equipped (many appliances are brand new) with several types of coffee makers, kettle, electrical juicer, mixer, big fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer, and living room with LED TV. FREE High speed Internet cable, WIFI. Great for connecting several devices at once without loosing speed. Once you arrive you will find a FREE ASSORTMENT of coffees, teas, cream, spring water. Our guest also have available for their use an iron and ironing board, an electrical drying rack for rainy or cold days, large umbrella, and first aid kit with anything you might need. One of our former tenants is an artist from New York city, he left a bit of his art with us ... a graffiti in the kitchen wall.

The local area and places to eat are superb. Several SUPERMARKETS are close by, one is even SECONDS away, great restaurants, tapa bars, breakfast bars just at your door step. Bakeries, organic bakeries too. Hairdressers, bike rental places, pharmacies, medical centers. The town house is also a few mins away. Mins away you can also find, the fashionable commercial streets like Cuna, Sierpes or Tetuan to name a few. Though the whole neighborhood is surrounded by galleries, and trendy stores.
Forget about the car, dive into our beautiful city. The ideal way to move around is on foot. Though if you arrive by car, there is parking also available in the area. Just let us know if you need assistance with parking , exclusive private parking available very close at great rates to our guests!!! Please ask us if you need any information. Our home is located between Cuesta del Rosario and calle Francos, a privileged location If you look in a map you'll see that .., The MAIN TOURIST SIGHTS, and relevant places are SO CLOSE BY to the apartment -Cathedral and Reales Alcázares 6 mins. -Barrio Santa Cruz, 5 mins. -Plaza del Salvador, 1 min -The Flamenco museum 3 mins (other flamenco shows mins away as well.) -Plaza de la Encarnación, Metroparasol "las setas", 4 mins. -The tram "tranvía" stop Plaza Nueva, 4 mins -bus stop to get to the train station Santa justa, 4 mins. Very convenient if you plan to do day trips to other cities. -There are SEVERAL TAXI STOPS around us as well. -Main bus station Plaza de Armas ,18 mins. -Palace of condesa de Lebrija, 5 mins -Palace of Pilatos, 7 mins. -Palace of Dueñas, Duchess of Alba 10 mins.
