The loft is very quiet and spacious. It consists of a living room where you can relax and watch TV, a fully furnished kitchenette where you can cook and enjoy your meals( fridge, freezer, dishes washer, microwave etc...), a bedroom zone with large double bed and a huge window allowing so much light to fill the loft, a bathroom with shower, as well as a storage room. Heater, Air Conditioning and iron are available .

The apartment is in Via delle Oche which is 1 minute away from Piazza del Duomo and a short walk away from the historic center of Florence and touristic attractions such as Piazza della Signoria, Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza San Lorenzo, Piazza Della Republica. Ponte Vecchio, La Galleria degli Uffizi, La Galleria dell'Accademia, and the Museo Del Bargello are just few minutes away as well. In addition to that, bars, restaurants, gelato shops, shopping centers and top brand stores are all around and easily accessible.

Just act as if you are staying at your own home.
A few important things:
• The city tourist tax should be paid in cash at check in and is not included in the night fee. ( 2,50 € per person per night )
•The check in is from 15:00 till 23:00 . Any check in between 23:00 and 1:00 am there will cost an extra 30 Euro paid in cash to the employee handling the late check in.
•The Check out is anytime before 10:00 am. Just leave the key in the apartment and be sure you collect all your belongings before you close the main door.
• It’s strictly forbidden to smoke in that apartment.
•It’s not allowed to host external persons without authorization and registration.
•It’s absolutely forbidden by the Italian law to make noise or disturb the neighbors after 23:00. They could call the Police and get you into troubles. Please respect.
•Turn off the AC, lights and close the windows when you leave the apartment.
