Suite Corso 12 has 3 bedrooms, two with a king size bed and two of those with a huge window overlooking the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral (Duomo) with Campanile di Giotto and Cupola del Brunelleschi, and the third bedroom comes with 2 single beds and a small and “romantic” balcony overlooking the Duomo as well. Each bedroom has a big closet, a desk, is well exposed to the sun, and is beautifully furnished with an Italian romantic spirit. The suite is also characterized by its parquet flooring and wooden beams cealing. A Nespresso Coffee machine is available so you can make your own morning coffee or cook your own meals in the open kitchen equipped with a stove, a fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, a microwave, and various kitchen utensils (pans, plates, spoons, forks, knifes...). Having a nice breakfast on the fantastic balcony overseeing the entire cathedral is the best way to start your day. To satisfy our guests’ every possible need, we have made available a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people and a comfortable sofa. The are two complete bathrooms. They have a sink, a shower, a toilet seat, and a bidet (only in one of the two). A wash&dry machine, an iron, an iron board, hand towels, body towels, extra sheets, shampoo, shower gel, and soap are available for your accessibility. To ensure your safety, comfort and entertainment, we have installed an alarm system, Wi-Fi fast speed connection, heating, air conditioning, flat screen television, double glazed windows and we have provided a custom map of the city with all tourists attractions, the apartment’s location, supermarkets, a great selected list of recommended local restaurants and bars as well as good tips to experience the city as a local . The balcony of the bedroom oversees the Majestic Cathedral and the one in the kitchen oversees Via Del Corso and the roof tops.

Since the apartment is in the centre of Florence, all attractions, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and shoppings stores can be reached by walking. A map of florence will be provided during check in. It will have recommendations and helpful information. Mobike ,a smart bike share service, has been launched recently in Florence. You can download the application "Mobike" on Apple and android ,find a bike, unlock it and enjoy the charming streets of Florence in a environmentally friendly way. If you wish to use your car, we have an agreement with a parking inside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), Garage Del Bargello. Parking you car in this garage will allow you to drive inside the ZTL zone even if the red light is on. Any fine issued will be cancelled immediately once the garage communicates with the police station. The cost is 26 euros per 24 hours. The train station, Santa Maria Novella, is 10 mins away from the apartment connecting you to all parts of Italy.

• The city tourist tax should be paid cash at check in and is not included. ( 2,50 € per person per night )
•The check in is available from 15:00 till 23:00 . i will be myself available for check in . After that time, between 23:00 and 1:00 am there will be an extra cost of 30 Euro for an external person to complete your check in.
•The Check out is anytime before 10:00 am. Just leave the key in the apartment and be sure you collect all your belongings before you close the main door.
• It’s strictly forbidden to smoke in that apartment.
•It’s not allowed to host external persons without authorization and registration.
•It’s absolutely forbidden by the Italian law to make noise or disturb the neighbors after 23:00 . They could call the Police and get you into troubles. Please respect.
•Turn off the Air condition, lights and close the windows when you leave the apartment.
•Notify me any problem as soon as possible(with hot water, electricity, gas etc ...) and i will be there in few minutes.
A copy of the Id of each 18+ guests is required at check in for registration and insurance.
Just act as if you are staying at your own home.
