The Space
Cozy private bedroom, big shared living room. Very friendly hosts. I have to note that I have a poodle which is very sticky and cute.
Guest Access
Aside from the small cozy private bedroom, guests are welcome to share the living room, kitchen, and other facilities with us. The kitchen is equipped with toaster, frying pan and lots of cooking facilities and ingredients. I am very glad to share the life of Beijing and China with guests. There is also a Hi-Fi speaker that guests could enjoy music.
There are two transportation cards that the guests could use to take buses and subway. Also a guestbook, a notebook and a ballpen are prepared.
Also, I have a 3G SIM card (China Unicom) that guests can use when staying here, it is paid already (1.5G data for Internet access and 60 minutes domestic call) guests are welcome to use free of charge. Due to the firewall of the gov't, so lots of internet services are blocked, guests are more than welcome to reach me for help for alternatives of using internet resources.

Interaction with Guests
I would love to interact with guests after work (typically 6:15pm to 11pm). As I mentioned in the listing that the listing is only a plus for me, the major intention is to make friends all over the world.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood has a nickname as 'Korean town', which is famous for Korean food especially BBQ with reasonable price. The apartment is near to a street full of restaurants. Two shopping centers nearby, one Carrefour 10 minutes away (walk), one Lotte Mart only 5 minutes away (walk), ******** bus stops away. There are also several movie theaters within 10 min drive.
Getting around
There are several bus lines to downtown. Subway Line 14 and 15 are 10 minutes' walk. Also, airport shuttle bus leaves every half hour to Beijing Capital International Airport (5 minutes' walk to the stop).
Subway Line 15 is 10 minutes away, subway Line 14 is also 10 minutes away.
I will be working on week days, however would love to interact with you. Would like to be of any help within my abilities.
