Having travelled extensively, the owner wanted to create a space for travellers with keeping in mind that no one wants to stay somewhere lesser than their own home.
This is evident with the quality of the fixtures, fittings, furnishings and appliances that flow throughout the space.
This not so cookie cut designed villa boasts open plan living with a kitchen most would only see on the Block.
The open plan living boasts a brand new 60" Samsung 4K Smart TV that is connected to the Wifi so you are able to Netflix, Stan or YouTube if that's your thing.
The villa is air conditioned throughout with a fully ducted zoned reverse cycle system that is smart operated. What this means for you, is that you are able to control the air conditioning through your smart phone.
Both bedrooms are equipped with pocket spring pillow top mattresses, 1000 thread count sheets, choice of pillows and more importantly luxurious duvets.
The rear courtyard has been cleverly designed to give a retreat style feeling, it boats 2.2m high cladding screens to the perimeter which not just gives privacy,
There is under cover parking for one vehicle and then an additional space that is open which is behind the under cover space.
I could list park after park and hidden spots along the river but to be honest we are spoilt for parks, beaches, rivers and cafes within close proximity.
The home essentials are:

- Miele washing machine
- Miele condenser dryer
- Nespresso machine
- Iron
- Hair dryer
- 60" 4K Samsung smart TV

It boasts some of Perth's favourite coffee shops as well as parks, cliff look outs and picnic spots galore.
