This is a very safe neighborhood. There is an open air park nearby for a morning jog or stretching, usually bikes available, our neighbors are extremely quiet, and this is truly a retreat experience not to be missed. You will have access to parking for two vehicles in our driveway/carport. We have an entire book of information for you to peruse when you arrive that lists everything from how to work lights and tv remotes, wifi passwords, to required rules and regulations by the city, county and state as well as any house rules or expectations. We are licensed with all three (City, County, State) and you will notice that tax is collected by misterb&b and not by us. We will give you a full tour of the property and all of its amenities upon arrival as well as providing you with a separate set of keys (One for each guest) and show you our security system set up on the exterior of our home. A recently added podcast studio may also be available for business and conference calls. Smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces only which are open and covered for your convenience. COVID 19 Requirements and Updates: Our property meets all of the CDC, State, and Broward County Guidelines. Please know these change week by week depending upon local health. Here are just some: Limit to 6 guests (We limit to 4) Cleaning and Sanitization We clean-sanitize common areas several times a day. Room is vacated a minimum of two days between guests, sanitized before arrival, after departure, ceiling fan active. Soap and sanitizer dispensers available in room and common areas. Pool area sanitized daily during stay and allows for social distancing. Masks available for each guest. Non person to person check in and out available. Grocery and food delivery services available. Accurate record keeping of all guests and visitors.(Please help with this-no additional guests/visitors allowed). Cleaning guidelines and practices posted on property. ********
