This property is a duplex. I own the duplex and live in the back unit. The traveler unit is a quiet bedroom downstairs in the back of the unit, and is away from the upstairs master bedroom/bathroom located in the front of the unit. Sleeper sofa and large screen television in your bedroom. Private bathroom with a large shower next to the bedroom. Additional half bath by the utility room. Kitchen privileges though the host does not cook or provide meals. You are welcome to use the private pool. Two blocks from the beach. Several gay bars within a five to ten minute walk. Private parking available. No pets, smoking, or drugs. No ac in this vintage 1929 bldg. Numerous windows to open on a hot night. Floor fans available. Two gay tenants in the front unit, and they use pool on the weekends, but rarely during the week. Uber pickup is available within a few minutes. The bus stops going east/west and north/south are just one to two blocks away. A large grocery store three blocks away. You may store food in the refrigerator.
