1. Condado Beach 🏖 is about ten minutes walking distance. There is another nice beach named “ Playa El Escambrón” next to the Caribe Hilton Hotel heading to Old San Juan. You have a map on the apartment or just ******** it.
2. There are a lot of cool 😎 places and restaurants nearby at the Ashford Ave in Condado, also at Avenida Ponce de León, restaurant El Camarón. I suggest you have a sense of our culture thru the culinary experience.
3. ******** Supermarket, is about three and a half blocks away from the apartment, next to the gas ⛽️ station on Calle Roberto H. Todd.
4. There is a breakfast place “Tostado” at Ave Condado and calle Benito Alonso.
5. There is a trendy place for the night to “Chinchorrear” (Bar Hopping, Salsa Dance 💃🏼, typical food among others) named “La Placita de Santurce ”. Use Uber to get there even though is close.
6. For dinner 🥘 and entertainment go to Paseo Caribe (Multiple choices of local and international food and bars). On Friday Evenings they have concerts, bands and urban music 🎶.

This is private community which is a permanent home for most dwelling in this building, so do ask for you to please be respectful of neighbors during during your stay.

Check In/Out: Out 10:00 a.m. / In 4:00 p.m. If no rentals are due the same day you leave, we can accommodate a later check-out time. Please call for any special requests.

Air Conditioner: We would appreciate if you turn off the A/C units upon leaving the condo. Electricity in Puerto Rico is very expensive and in order for us to keep offering the unit at reasonable prices, we need to keep our electrical bill low.
Trash Removal:Trash removed from the apartment should be TIED in garbage bags and put in the trash cans located at the trash room that is outside the building.
Doors and Windows: Please lock all doors anytime you live the premises. Windows can be left slightly opened to allow circulation. Leaving them open increases the risk of having personal belongings and interior furnishing getting wet in the event of the rain.
Locked Cabinets: Locked cabinets are for the use of maintenance personnel.
Pet Policy: No pet or animal of any kind can be kept, allowed or permitted on or in the premises.
Smoking: No smoking is allowed inside the apartment. If you must smoke, please do so outside the apartment. At the parking area. Please dispose properly of the butts.
Television: Please do not disconnect or rearrange any wiring or from the TV. If you have any problems, please call the emergency number provided.
Fire Extinguisher: a fire extinguisher is located in the cabinet under the sink.
Maintenance: In the unlikely event you need maintenance during your stay do not attempt to fix anything yourself, please call Sergio at ********.
