Our building has 3 apartments located on 3 different floors, one per floor: two 1 bedroom apartments and one 2 bedroom duplex apartment.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy with plenty of natural light and very nicely decorated. It is located on the 1st floor (NO ELEVATOR) and you have no side neighbors. The living space is shared with the kitchen and you will also find a small balcony facing the main street. The bedroom is towards the back allowing quiet nights of sleep.

1st floor (No elevator). Access is granted by Keys or door code which are provided to each guest personally and upon arrival.
We will ask our guests to show their Passports and/or their national identity cards in order to collect and share with the immigration authorities. Please remember we are not a Hotel and therefore there is no reception nor someone in the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival so we can schedule your check in in advance.

After booking with us we will be available through phone call, chat and email.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
For check-ins between 16:00-20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minute tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, we might have to reschedule it.
For check-ins after 20:00: once we have scheduled your welcoming time, there is a 30 minute tolerance to wait for our guests (in case we have not established any communication on the arrival day). In the event you can’t manage to be on the agreed time to check-in, you run the risk of not being able to check-in and therefore losing the first night of the reservation
Porto, Portugal
Located in the center of Porto, in a traditional neighborhood with many local groceries shops and steps away from the famous Bolhão market and Santa Catarina street - Porto's main shopping street.

There are several traditional restaurants around where you can have a true Portuguese dining experience and avoid the so called touristic restaurants. There are also some more alternative bars where people socialize and share artistic creations. All other busy bars are only a 15-minute walk away.

Metro line is just across the street and connections are quite easy. However, walking is what we recommend since the center is small.
If football makes you vibrate, Estádio do Dragão, home of FC Porto is a 20-minute walk away or just take the metro :)!
If you Arrive in Porto by PLANE- AIRPORT FRANCISCO SÁ CARNEIRO.
It is possible to get to the city center by our Transfer service, metro, bus or by car/taxi.

TRANSFER SERVICE:
Easiest way to get to us! Very practical and no need to wait in lines. We will give your contact to the driver and he will pick you up at the airport. Meeting point is Restaurant "Cervejaria Portuguesa" at the Arrivals Hall. €30 up to 4 guests - fixed price and you pay directly to the driver.

METRO
From Porto Airport- Francisco Sá Carneiro- take Metro Line E in direction to Estádio do Dragão. Get off at Campo 24 Agosto Metro Station. Once you get off the metro, it's a 10 min walk.

BUS
From Porto Airport. Between 6h00 AM to 8h45 PM, take Bus 602 direction Cordoaria. From Cordoaria, walk for about 20 min. Between 00H30 and 05H30, take Bus 3M direction Avenida Aliados. From Avenida dos Aliados, head up to our street.

TRAIN
From the Campanhã Railway Station (located outside the city center) you can take :
Metro any line to Campo 24 Agosto.

CAR
There is street parking (payable) or you can choose to park at the closest indoor garage which is very close to us (around the corner).
Check-ins after 20:00 have a surcharge of €20 paid in cash or credit card at check-in.
