So convenient to West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood and Studio City. Our neighborhood is ADJACENT TO UNIVERSAL STUDIOS.
Full kitchen/washer/dryer.
The poolhouse is not attached to the main house.
Fig trees, Grapefruit trees, Lemon and Lime trees, Orange and Tangerine Trees, Pomegranate, cactus and others are all over the property. We also have Iranian Jasmine (think Chanel No. 5!), Rosemary and mint. The view is so wonderful that many celebrity photo and video shoots (available for a separate location fee) take place on this property.

West Hollywood is so close. Universal is just outside our neighborhood. Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica and the beaches are all within an easy drive it uber. Fly into Los Angeles (30 minutes)or Burbank (12 minutes). The neighborhood is called SUNSHINE HILL and for very good reason. It is so bright and open yet is is also extremely lush as well.
We are located right off of the famed historic Laurel Canyon Blvd in one of the most iconic areas in all of Los Angeles. Rich in music history and television and movie history it continues to be the Mecca for those in "the industry".
We are 6 minutes from The Sunset Strip or fabulous Ventura Blvd. Hyde, Chateau Marmot and The Tower Bar are just a few of the very nearby joys. All are only a $6-9 Uber ride away.
Walk to Fryman Canyon. For one of the most wonderful hikes in the whole LA area. Runyon Canyon is less that 5 minutes away.
Whether you are headed to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood or Studio City, North Hollywood or Burbank you are only a few minutes away. And (shhhh) almost no traffic to speak of except during rush hour for about 45 minutes and it's just neighborhood traffic because you get ALL of the places listed above without getting on a single highway.
