2) Guest must provide a valid government ID of the primary renter
3) Quiet Hours - No excessive outdoor noise from 9pm-7am. This is a residential area so please courteous to our neighbors and community.
If the neighbors complain or police are called out, this would be grounds for an immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
4) Absolutely no parties. If evidence of a party is occurring, it will be grounds for immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund and loss of security deposit.
5) The minimum age for renters is 25 years of age.
6) Max occupancy is 8 guests. Any more than the maximum occupancy residing at the property without prior host approval will result in immediate dismissal, and no refund will be given.
7) Max 4 cars in driveway, no parking on the street
8) No smoking in the house or in the backyard area. Smoking in front of the property is permitted. Please use an ash tray to dispose of the cigarette butts.
9) Please wash your dishes and treat the house as you would your own.
These rules are in place to ensure safety and comfort of all parties including neighbors and guests.
