1- You will receive 2 towels per person. Solid color towels are for use on the property only. Please don't take them to the beach. They will have separate beach towels if requested.

2-Please remove ALL the sand before entering. Sand clogs pipes. Please turn off the a / c and lights on the property if you are not using it. The cost of energy on the island is double.

3-Enjoy your stay, but respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, we are in a residential area. Excessive noises are subject to cancellation or a fine will be charged for your entire stay.
Keep our neighbors in mind, many of them use their apartments as their primary residence.

4-We understand that accidents happen, but please let me know. We can help them for your benefit. Any accident not reported to the unit can affect your deposit.

5-The Royal Flush! Please, the easiest way to avoid having a problem with the plumbing is to throw the toilet paper in the toilet bowl.

6- The unit is free of smoking, smoking is prohibited only in the designated area (if you smoke inside the apartment you will have a fine of $ 150. Electronic cigarettes are allowed.
We have a zero tolerance policy for the use and distribution of illicit drugs.

5-- Pots, plates and glasses should be cleaned and stored as you found them. Failure to comply with this rule will be charged from the security deposit $ 50.00
-Take out the trash. Make sure the garbage is in a bag and dispose of in the garbage container.

The kitchenettes isn’t included hot plate , only microwave and toaster. (Security recommendations) But the main Kitchen have stove with oven .

-- We allow 1 dog per stay and we love ❤️ dogs less than 25 pounds , will a fee of $100 per stay . Please don’t allow then in 🛌 and sofas . Take out for pi and po . Clean up after they do they necessary. We provides pats , water plate and a little bed .

6--The maximum occupancy are 9 guest.

7- All guests staying at the Villa Mia #59 MUST have a valid government issued photo ID! This must be sent to us after a booking and all guests staying at the house must be listed in the reservation and a photo sent to us . No exceptions !

8- Beach towels 🏖 will be a $50 fee for not returned”...

9- Master key and beeper for the garage will be a $100 fee for not returned . Please keep the gate close all the time . For you and family safety.
