We supply toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, dish soap, new dish sponge, handsoap, coffee, cooking and pantry essentials to ensure you have all you need for your arrival.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm and check-out anytime before 11 am.
Please note: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors. This unit fits up to 3 guests and full names of all guests will be required for registration with the building.

The apartment is in a protected art deco building from the 1950's and is nested between the Indian Creek waterway and the beach. You have water very close by on all sides which is special, this is the narrow part of Miami Beach where you can walk its width! The Faena Hotel is a few blocks away, as is club LIV.
The popular Miami Beach has a section called Mid Beach that runs from 24th street to 63rd street. In comparison to the action and commotion of South Beach, the Mid Beach area is best defined in terms of its more laid-back atmosphere. Mid Beach is home to a number of restaurants and family-owned shops, most of which are located in the 41st Street district.
You can thoroughly enjoy the outdoor activities in Mid Beach. Just go for a peaceful stroll along the boardwalk that runs from 21st street to 46th street and you will feel as if all your stress has dissipated.
