This is a duplex and your entrance is in the back. Use the sidewalk and gate on the Arenas St. side (as soon as you pull off of Sahara). There's plenty of street parking next to your unit.

Smoking is only allowed outside. If you break this rule, we will charge you an extra $300.00. No incense or pungent oils of any kind. Marijuana can only be consumed outside. No vaping in the house.
Humidifiers are forbidden. They leave a fine white dust on everything and require extensive cleaning, for which we will charge an extra $300.00.
You are free to use the washer and dryer at our neighboring property, the Clyde (house 4005). Enter from the back yard using the code we sent at check in. Machines are free but you need to buy your own soap. Do not wash shoes, plastics or items not intended for a washing machine. Absolutely no dyes are to be used. Laundry room is only open from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. (21h - 9h)
If you lose your keys, you will be charged $25.00
All windows and doors must remain closed when using heating or air conditioning. So, always!
We reserve the right to send guests an invoice for damages. Please tell me immediately if there is an issue, so it can be resolved quickly and easily!
