This apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood but right around the corner from all of the lively activities and amazing food. There is a Target, ********, Publix and many different food options all within walking and driving distance.

******** unauthorized late check-out is a $100 fee. If not vacating on time leads to other losses you will be billed for those as well. This includes guest refunds.
******** unauthorized late check-in after 10:00 p.m. is subject to no refund. ( Please communicate with me)
******** the person that booked is allowed to check in if somebody is not added to the reservation they can not check in.
******** guests must be declared on the reservation. The home has an additional $50 per person fee. Not declaring guests will incur this fee. You may not have any additional guests beyond the declared party size. This will incur a $50 per guest fee and may lead to your removal from the property.
7.Shoes are not to be worn throughout the house. Kindly take off your shoes and put them on by the door when you're leaving. (IF THERE ARE SHOE MARKS OR ANY DIRT ON THE RUGS, THERE WILL BE A FEE CHARGED)
8.Quiet time is after 10pm. We strive to make each and every guest's trip to our home a special one. Please allow us to continue to do so by following a few basic house rules below- Please respect our neighbors. We ask that you keep noise levels at a reasonable volume especially after 10pm.
******** SMOKING Allowed out all. You're allowed to smoke in the unit’s private backyard If necessary). However, If any guest chooses to violate these rules, they will be charged $250 a day and will be immediately kicked out.
******** anything is found broken or damaged, you WILL be charged a fee depending on the item.
11.PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED
******** there happens to be any drugs found at the place, we will call the cops.
13.Using the internet for any illegal purposes such as pirating will lead to a fine of $1,000 or more.
******** KEYS WILL RESULT IN A $250 FEE!
15. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WALKING UP AND DOWN THE STAIR CASE IN THE UNIT!
16.Please make sure to turn off lights, electronics, and ac when leaving. Also, lock doors and windows as well.
17.Please take out any trash or debris right before you check out.
******** cleaning fee is based on a "Courteous guest" If you trash the apartment you will be billed an additional $150 fee. We would like to keep this place as clean as possible. If you keep it clean, we will give you a cheaper clevaning rate :)
