☆The apartment is on the ground floor, a privileged location for the use of amenities, it has a room that includes a king size bed, ceiling fan and air conditioning, a spacious bathroom inside the room with a beautiful balcony overlooking the main street Av. Paseo of the Marine. We have special windows that allow total noise and light isolation, so you will have comfortable silence within the apartment.
The living room has air conditioning and a 65 " smart TV that includes Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts, a comfortable scissor-type sofa bed that opens to individual size, which has a sliding mattress down for another person, as well as a spectacular balcony to Av. Paseo de la Marina.
The living room has also a full bathroom, so 2 complete bathrooms in apartment
The kitchen is very complete, 2 door fridge, includes a conventional gas oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, complete set of pans, plates and glasses. In addition to the basics and cleaning.
The utility room has a laundry room, washer and dryer. We have 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that you can use to take them to the beach, we ask you to please shake them off as much sand as possible and in case of getting wet let them dry before storing.
The amenities within the complex are first class. You can access 2 different Roof top Gardens, in both you will find different spaces of living rooms, lounge chairs, umbrellas, BBQ and bathrooms.
