Casa Pazovida is beautiful 3 bedroom villa only a 10 minutes walk away from the centre of Carvoeiro with its stunning sandy beach and abundance of restaurants, shops, bars and activities.
The villa is surrounded by mature, well tended gardens dotted with fruit trees. The property is fenced and gated and offers complete privacy to guests and has a large heated swimming pool (pool heating extra), outdoor shower and built in barbecue with adjoining seating area.
The house is equipped with free wi-fi, TV and air conditioning. A cot and highchair are available on request.
Carvoeiro itself is a charming, family friendly town. Boat trips that explore the coastline and its caves and grottos leave regularly from the town beach. Also during the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected next to the beach in the square and live music is played every night.
The ground floor consists of open plan living / dining area which opens onto a large terrace overlooking the swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a guest WC. On the first floor resides the master bedroom with double bed, en-suite bathroom and a spacious first floor terrace with sea views.
Guests have full, private use of the entire property to include the living/dining area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, entrance hall, guest WC, garden and private heated swimming pool.
The villa is within walking distance of Carvoeiro centre. There is a taxi rank in the town and the central taxi number is provided in the house information book. You can also travel around by tuk tuk and bus. Details of which can be found in the villa. There is private parking available on the driveway which is gated.
