All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is underfloor heating throughout the property and enclosed fireplace in the livingroom making this villa ideal for residence all year round.
The large 12 m x 6 m heated pool is equipped with pool cover and is bordered by an abundance of terrace equipped with sun loungers (pool heating costs extra). The far-reaching gardens are beautifully designed and maintained.
The villa is ideally located within easy driving distance to numerous beaches, is only a 5 minute drive from the charming sea-side town of Carvoeiro and 7 minutes from the more traditional fishing town of Ferragudo.
A cot and high chair are available on request.
The accommodation comprises on the entrance level of a generously sized entrance hall, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sliding doors that open onto a large balcony. A twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and sliding doors opening onto a second balcony. Another twin bedroom and third bathroom.
Stairs lead downstairs to the living spaces. There is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen of open plan design adjoining the dining areas and subsequent living area. Both living and dining areas open onto a roomy terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. There is also a laundry room on this level with both washing machine and tumble dryer.
Another set of stairs leads to the lower ground floor where reside 2 further en-suite bedrooms. One double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Also on this level is a snug equipped with television and Playstation.
Guests have sole access to the entire property including the swimming pool and gardens.
There is a taxi rank in the centre of the Carvoeiro and the central taxi number is provided in the house information book. You can also travel around by tuk tuk and bus. Details of which can be found in the villa.
