The kitchen and dining areas are open to the main living space. They’re perfect for large group meals, grabbing an afternoon snack, or putting together a quick breakfast before you head out to explore. Between the stylish dining set and plush island seating in the kitchen, there’s enough room for 12 here, plus granite countertops and high-end finishes, a gas range, microwave, and large stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with space enough to accommodate everyone’s dietary needs.

The Lotus at Solterra boasts three primary suites, each with a king bed and flatscreen TV, as well as its own full bath, meaning every adult in your group can unwind comfortably, with plenty of space. The property also has two additional bedrooms with two queen size beds each, and two super-fun themed bunk rooms (Harry Potter fans and Disney fans, rejoice!).
Outdoor Amenities
Bring your swimsuit, because this property has its own private pool (can be heated for an additional fee, so you can take a dip well into autumn) and spillover spa under a screened lanai. Grill out on the gas BBQ and enjoy a meal outdoors on the shaded patio.

Most guests have a personal vehicle, though rideshares and taxis are available. The closest airport is Orlando International Airport, 28 miles away.
This is a small-dog-friendly home (absolutely no cats). We charge a $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog. Maximum 2 dogs under 20 pounds each.
A gas grill is available for an additional rental fee of $100, which also includes 1 gas refill. If you would like to take advantage of this amenity, please let us know prior to your arrival. If you wait until check-in to place your order, we will be forced to charge a $30 connection fee.
Free WiFi and laundry facilities are provided. This property is also air-conditioned.
Please note that the pool heating is not included in the rental rate. Pool heat is available for $40 a day + taxes (minimum 4 days). There is no hot tub, just a jetted whirlpool. Pool heat is not recommended for short stays since it usually requires up to 24 hours to heat the swimming pool. Also, pool heating should be ordered prior to guest arrival. If it is ordered after check-in, a $30 connection fee will be charged.
The spillover spa cannot be heated on its own. There is no option to heat only the spa since it uses the same water as the pool. When pool heating is chosen, the pool will be heated to a temperature of around 90-94 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the coldest winter months, heating the pool can be difficult as the water temperature drops overnight. Florida has a temperate climate, but cold fronts can bring overnight temperatures in the 30s and 40s that can last for several days. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, there is no way the pool heater will be able to keep the water at a temperature mid to high 80s. Please note that cold weather does not constitute a mechanical failure and no refunds will be given for problems that are due to cold weather.
