We kindly ask you to take a moment and read our house rules, as being respectful to all of them is crucial for the maintenance of our property and to ensure the same 5-star quality experience for our future guests as well.
House Rules:
1- Only guests are authorized to stay in the rental property.
2- Our home is not to be used to host parties, events, or social/group gatherings.
Please note that there are cameras outside the front and back doors.
So, any guest having an event, party, or social/group gathering in the property or exceeding the number of authorized guests will be evicted without refund and will also incur in a $500 penalty charge.
3- No drug use in or near the property.
4- Smoking and pets are not permitted in our home, and any failure to adhere to this will result in a minimum $500.00 penalty charge.
5- The air conditioning should not be set below 74 Degrees Fahrenheit (23 Degrees Celsius) by the guest. Setting it to a lower temperature will not cool the home quicker.
Due to high temperatures in Florida, setting the temperature below 74 Degrees Fahrenheit may result in the system freezing up.
If this occurs the air conditioning will have to be turned off to allow the unit to defrost. And the guest will have no air conditioning during this time and will be responsible for the technician’s call-out charges.
6- Please keep all windows and doors closed.
7- Please note that Pool heat & Spa heat is $40.00 per day and it should be requested prior to check-in. If it is requested after check-in, an additional $35.00 call-out fee will be charged, as we will have to send a technician to switch the pool heat on.
8- We provide sanitized linens and towels, however, they cannot be cut or tarnished. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $15 penalty charge, for each damaged item.
9- All trash must be disposed of at check out.
10- Check-in is after 4:00PM and check-out is before 10:00AM.
