This is my holiday flat in Athens, it is situated in a residential house on the 4th floor (without elevator). The Iliou Street is a quiet small side street. The flat is nicely decorated and offers a comfortable stay for either a couple or a small family or even for 2 couples. The bed is 140cm x 200cm large and the living room sofa can be converted into a bed of the same size. The kitchen is fully equipped with Nespresso machine and Moca coffee-maker, stove, oven/microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster. Bathroom has a shower and equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer. Towels, linens are provided. The flat is equipped with 2 air conditioners and apartment gas heating. Of course, we have Wi-Fi.

This 2-Room flat is located in the centre of Athens. Most of the historical spots can be reached within 20-30 min walk. If you don't want to walk, the next metros tation Metaxurgio as well as bus/trolley stops are just 4-5 walking min from the house. Metaxurgio Station is on the Red line, connecting most of the central stations (Omonia, University, Syntagma and Acropolis, Main Railway station)
Taxi is about 4-8€ inside of the central area.
Live like a local! Try local drinks, food, sweets and guys! Surely, authentic Greek restaurants, pastry-shops and diners are around the corner. Kiosks and late night shops are everywhere here. A weekly Wednesday street market takes place just 70m away. Delicious! Picturesque! Don't miss it! Although for daily stuff, especially, when you stay longer or you like to cook, there are two supermarkets available. Small and cosy modern bars, cafes and restaurants are in a walking distance. A gym is located just 2 min far from our building
