Rules and guidelines:
- Couch is configurable into 2 single beds 80x200cm or 1 double bed 160x200cm. Top mattresses for extra comfort are available, beach and bath towels too.
- Please use the foldable suitcase stand (located under the TV).
- Standard sockets inside, a universal socket is available too.
- Please be considerate and respective towards the property and its owners.
- Evening blankets are available inside the coffee table, please do not take out linen or bathroom towels.
- Please do not walk in high heels or similar footwear that damages the wooden floor...or eat/jump/go with shoes in bed.
- Please ask and we could provide you with any additional cooking appliances/tools you may need.
- You may also request and use for free the washing machine at the villa. Same applies for the dishwasher.
- Upon arrival, you may be required to complete and sign a GDPR-related declaration.
- Please follow the general rules of the property listed.
- There is a stone barbecue (wood-based) by the studio you may use. The one behind the villa is not to be used.
- Please do not manipulate or obstruct the smoke detector.

In case of other requests, feel free to share. Even though we don't promise to, we may still try to fulfill them.

Additional rules:
Please be respectful of the surrounding nature and people residing in the villa the studio is part of. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are allowed only at designated places (outside the studio and away from the pool). Pool: not allowed are jumping in or within the pool, leaning against/on the pool sides/railing, manipulating the pool construction in any way, stepping on the pool floor where curved on the sides. Getting inside the pool with food, drinks, cigarettes or similar is prohibited. Nudism is not allowed. Guests to follow the rules printed on the pool side too. No drugs or similar substances, unless explicitly prescribed by health authorities.

More about the studio:
Brand new 28sqm peaceful and cool studio, an integral part of a villa, with independent entrance at garden level 1, with seasonal pool. Adjustable couch designed for sleeping purposes - turns into 2 single or 1 double bed. Top mattresses are available for extra comfort. WiFi, air-conditioning, partial floor heating, water-based heating, free parking available. Compliments for every guest, tea and cafe for free too.
2 panorama windows overlooking the vineyard and valley. All-in-one living space plus kitchenette, with natural wood flooring and furniture, separate bathroom with a WC.
The property is fully fenced and surrounded by nature. 490m elevation in the Rhodopi mountain. Exterior and street lights at night.
Within a walking distance, one may enjoy a viewpoint, cherry gardens, a marked hiking path, a fishing place, a chapel and the nearby village. Plovdiv city center is 30min away by car, Plovdiv airport and Asenovgrad - 20min.

Note:
The pool (1,2*5,5*2,5m) is seasonal (June-September depending on weather forecast) and just like the rest of the amenities outside the studio, its usage is shared with the elderly property owners who live permanently in the main villa.
