The fully equipped kitchen includes a sink, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, gas stove, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery, and cookware are provided, along with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washer and drying rack for your convenience, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.

The bedroom faces the street and is furnished with a king-size bed and superior-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with bath towels for each guest. The apartment has one full bathroom, accessible via the hallway, with a shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, along with complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to start your stay.

The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00.
