Important: This is a shared space where you will have your own private bedroom (Master) and share the rest of the apartment with myself.

Location: This apartment is located in Coal Harbour, downtown Vancouver's most prestigious waterfront neighborhood. Everything from cafes, restaurants, shopping malls, parks, transit, grocery stores, pharmacies, medical clinic, and much more are minutes away. The Davie Street Gay Village, where most gay bars/cafe's/clubs, is located in the West End which is a short walk or taxi ride. The Odyssey Night club is located closer by, it's about 10-15 min walk or 5 min by taxi. Transit is very close - There is a bus stop one block away, the skytrain to the airport is 4 blocks away, and the seabus to the North Shore is 4 blocks away.
Apartment: This is a bright, clean and comfortable 1 bedroom and den apartment. It is 585 sq ft. plus a juliet balcony. The apartment offers panoramic views of the marina, Stanley Park, North Shore mountains, Burrard inlet, and downtown.
Living Room: The living room has a large couch, a chair and a coffee table, 55 inch Samsung smart TV with Netflix + cable, 5G WiFi, and large windows that showcase the amazing views and beautiful sunsets.
Dining Room: Dining table has seating for 2.
Bathroom: The bathroom décor is white, clean and minimal. It has a toilet, sink, bathtub, and hand-held shower.
Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with: Double-sink, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and stove top/oven. All dishes, pots, and utensils are available for use. There is a Nespresso machine for the coffee/espresso drinkers.
Bedroom (Your bedroom): The master bedroom is large, clean, bright and minimal in design. It has a queen bed and gorgeous harbour views. Note: The only storage for clothes is the coat hooks behind the door.
Den (My bedroom): The den is located off the living room and has a single bed.
Extras: Washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer, and a small gym in building. Parking is available for $25.00 per week and must be arranged in advance.
